Stealth Wizkit team member releases open-source PicoZK Library & Compiler for Writing ZK Statements on PyPI

As part of the Wizkit project, Stealth and Joseph P. Near of subcontractor University of Vermont have open-sourced the PicoZK Pypi artifact for writing zero-knowledge statements.
