Stealth co-founder Rafail Ostrovsky (UCLA) and Stealth consultant Michele Ciampi (The University of Edinburgh), in collaboration with Arka Rai Choudhuri (Johns Hopkins University), Vipul Goyal (NTT Research and Carnegie Mellon University), and Abhishek Jain (Johns Hopkins University), published a paper “Oblivious Transfer from Trapdoor Permutations in Minimal Rounds” at the 19th International Conference, Theory of Cryptography (TCC 2021).
